The Role
On boarding Advisors are required for an international financial services organisation team. Working in their busy International Wealth function you will be dealing with real time account opening calls, and dealing with any customer queries.
-You will utilise your previous financial services knowledge in order to deal with both standard and complex issues completing a number of associated administrative duties
-You will be opening accounts for new customers via the telephone and dealing with any customer issues in a fast paced and challenging environment
-You will complete all tasks in accordance with industry guidelines, and adhere to all internal and external compliance regulations
-Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external clients will be a major aspect of your role and successful candidates will be enthusiastic and motivated by excellent service delivery at all levels.

Experience/Qualifications
You will ideally be from a financial services or insurance background where you can utilise and develop your existing skill set with a thorough understating of regulatory and compliance. A confident and professional communicator with a positive approach you will be able to demonstrate your experience in a similar role previously. You must have excellent accuracy skills and strong attention to detail.
Successful candidates must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check
SALARY £17-£20k per annum with full benefits
